At its meeting on January 19, 2017, the Dublin Education Foundation Board of Trustees approved:
- $500 to Dublin Scioto toward the purchase of a Samsung television and an Apple TV unit for additional direct instruction technology in the library’s computer Lab #2.
- $2,671.35 to Olde Sawmill Elementary for enhancing the functionality of the current greenhouse to all seasons, will be used as a destination for life science experiments, projects and research work year-round.
- $2,000 to Eli Pinney Elementary for the Disruption Project: The Power of Voice, a transdisciplinary project that infuses student interests, academic content and creativity into a multi-year collaboration to empower students as change makers. The project will be led by an outside artist in collaboration with selected Dublin schools faculty members.
